Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Prices

Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping and customs costs are included.

Lifetime warranty

Our jewellery is covered against colour fading and tarnishing. If a piece fades, email a photo and your order number to info@opulentvogue.co.uk and we'll replace it.
