We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.
Damaged, faulty or tarnished items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or ever tarnishes or fades, we'll replace it completely at our expense — including postage. Just email info@opulentvogue.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we'll take it from there. Tarnishing and fading are covered by our lifetime warranty.
Changed your mind?
You can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Email info@opulentvogue.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by the customer — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund parcels that don't reach us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when it's done.
Items we can't take back
Personalised and made-to-order pieces can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn and in their original sealed packaging.
